Okay so my addition is awful... :) I've lost 8.2 in total :) which is on track but now I have to pick it up, do more low days :) and more cardio ans exercise in between :)

GO CANDY!!!!! You have to go through some really bad times, to be able to enjoy the good times, and they will come...more often than not!!!! You have lost weight...and a LOT too, so keep going, nothing in life that is achievable is easy...its all bloody hard work...and you are giving this your best shot...well done
ReplyDelete8.2kgs is a fantastic effort in anyone's book, Candy. So regardless of if some people say you should lose weight quicker and others say slower, be really proud of what you've lost so far - and not just the weight loss, but the diet change and increased exercise - it's all fantastic ... Use it as a springboard for the next few weeks. You're going to reach you're goals, and it's you who is making it all happen. Brilliant stuff! You're a star ... and shining brightly!
